About Us

Support Solutions was formed in 2001 by Alan Conroy & Betty McGivern.  In mid 2001, Alan received many calls from Legerdemain dealers throughout Ireland & the UK looking for assistance and support for their system when Integrity Software announced their end of support for Legerdemain and their plans to force migration to a new system.

In 2007 we formed a key partnership with Bluesky System Solutions, where we agreed  to distrubute their products in Ireland.

In 2008 we formed our second key partnership with Net Junction to distribute their ecommerce systems in Ireland.

Support Solutions maintains systems in some of Ireland's largest office products dealers.

Alan Conroy

Alan has worked in the office products industry since 1995, starting off with Office City in Dublin, before moving to furniture supplier Deales Morton. In 2000 he joined SoftlyAware just prior to their acquistion by Integrity Software. He established Support Solutions in 2001.

Betty McGivern

Betty has worked some of Ireland's leading companies, she was Laboratory Manager for Spectra Photo in Dublin, as well as Retail Sales manager in Office City, prior to joining Support Solutions in 2001 Betty was Customer Services manager for All Water Systems

Rory Conroy

Rory joined Support Solutions in 2001 from the IT department of the Revenue Commissioners. Rory is part of our support team working on both the Legerdemain & Horizon systems.

Claudia Lawlor 

Claudia joins our support team having previously worked for 14 years in the office products industry. She has worked with Offex & Brian Lynch Office supplies, using all the major trade systems including Horizon & Legerdemain
